Returns

You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving them, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact evolvewitherica@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

Please note, only the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us immediately (within 30 days of receipt) for a full refund or exchange. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed before 2 PM GMT will be dispatched the same day whenever possible.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping

• We offer free standard shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class) on all orders.

Delivery Areas

We ship to all UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and other UK offshore islands.

Tracking Your Order

For tracked services (Tracked 24, Tracked 48, and Special Delivery), you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your delivery using the Royal Mail tracking tool on their website.

Missed Delivery

If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office or depot.

Delivery Delays

Please note that while Royal Mail aims to meet the delivery times stated above, these are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays during busy periods such as holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather conditions).

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 7 working days before contacting us. In case of a lost parcel, we will assist you with submitting a claim through Royal Mail or arrange a replacement if necessary.
